The one thing i have to say for not picking the Expansion (WotlK) is because in the picture, the bridge (the part between the eyes) is pointed/down and if you look at the other Arthas picture, his is more flat and up higher. I also would have thought Zeratul from Starcraft but after a friend showed me this Diablo 3 Announcement at WWI - Diablo The Unofficial Site! I was pretty sure it could be the announcement for D3.
