i was up to x25 speed on my 19 twink, capped 2 in a few seconds, still no ban and it was a few days ago.

Well your not banned now, and hopefully you might not be in the future.
However a GM could have monitored you and tagged you for banishment in the next ban way! have fun!

maybe u capped it so fast u weren't seen by allies/horde till it was too late and they didn't catch ur server name
