Blizz - Ultima MASS CONFUSION!

So,

ATM I am banned... or am I?

Blizz are so confused amongst themseles they've left me knickers in a twist.

Here's the details:

Account situation [info from different sources]:
- WoW Login Screen - Closed and no longer available for use
- WoW Account Management on EU site - Temporary suspension
- E-mail from the beloved EU GMs - Suspended pending investigation

Reason for ban [again, from different information sources]:
- Initial mail from Blizz - "Paedophilic comments"
- Second mail from Blizz "Extreme Sexuality/Violence Comments"

God, I'm confused. The account situations vary, and have many interpretations depending on the source. To you people, the banning reasons are identical, but according to Blizz's terms they are separate with unique punishments:

-Paedophilia - Instant permanent ban
-Sex/Violent - Temporary/Permanent Suspension

I hope that it is seen as sex/violent TBH. Anyone make any sense of this conflicting info? BTW, first time offender here, who told General Oggy chat his friend "loves the kiddies" - think of that what you will...

Something similar is going on with one of my accounts, not sure if I perma banned or suspended but its been about a week

Im just wondering, why would you say that stuff in the first place? Remember, GMs dont care about swearing, anything above that is bad. Real Bad.
