Quests, and the almighty runecloth donations.
Unlike some factions like Timbermaw or Argent Dawn, you don't specifically gain faction by killing mass mobs....

wat lvl do i gotta be to turn in runecloth and is it repeatable?

can i still get commandment cignets or watever from the AQ thing?
