Alliance & Horde

First, I'm looking for a guide on how to have both Alliance and Horde on the same PvP server.

Second, some facts:

Fact: I've seen the thread I'm looking for in the past.
Fact: I've been searching for said thread and am unable to locate it.
Fact: I do NOT need sarcastic responses from leechers.

If you bothered to read my ENTIRE post, and know where this post is, your response will be in the following format:

Not yet. Getting a character up before I delete it so it doesn't look like I just made it and deleted, lol.
