Not sure if you believe this or not but I'm Kiegan Mantta's parent.

He doesn't play Wow..... no one in the house does... I play Mohaa and COD4 and one of the boys plays COD4 and CS

We haven't had a Telus account in 4 years as we are 14000' from the node that you mentioned in your post.

If anyone has any doubts pm me a tel number and I'll call but it's not Kiegan that did this to you and if it was then it would be a long time before he ever saw the internet again.

This kid sings on his cam and posts it on YouTube....... other than that he chats with his friends on MSN and plays the sims

Up here in Canada, we use mainly MSN, in our house especially. Our concern is that Kiegan is only 15 and not the person you're looking for, we haven't been on Telus for over 4 years. Kiegan has been the target of bullying at his school and we don't need the added worry that someone who has incorrect information shows up to "take care of him" at his school.

as im typing this, i have a girl from my school whos good w/ facebook (i have no ****ing clue on how to use it) who said she found someone named Kiegan Mantta, who attends Sullivan Heights Secondary School '10, which is located in surrey, which traces back to this guys city.

Is that (Sullivan Heights Secondary School), or was that, his school?

4720 Kingsway is an office tower and unit 2600 is the the office of Telus communications which is the ISP of the person you are looking for.

Sullivan is his school however and he does have a facebook where it is listed as his school.

Here's a quick history in ISP's and why you predominantly use AOL south of the border.

In the early 80's there were a number of large dialup companies in north america and AOL was one of the larger along with Compuserve and Prodigy. AOL packaged their messenger with thier product but the others prefered ICQ so in Canada more people used ICQ as AOL found it a hard market to crack.

When High speed came in the Canadians regulated it so that AOL could not compete up here making it pretty much an open market for messenger services like MSN to gain market share.

Up here anyone under 20 has a WindowsLive/MSN account and AIM is totally redundant.

Back to point at hand...... taking someones name and posting it on the net with personal information attached can be considered illegal. If a web host was to post an IP of someone with any kind of name or address that Host could be charged and undoubtedly shut down.

I would like this thread deleted so it doesn't come to that as you may not end up with any action directly but your forum host will and after that it becomes fair game as you agreed to a set TOS (Terms of Service) when you put this forum together.

I provided the TOS for you.... please make sure to read the "Web Site Content" section and especially the last few lines.

You can find out as much information in a phone book. The scary thing is the people out there that believe they know what they are doing and trace an IP back to a city of 2 million people and pinpoint one person.

Then post that this person is who did whatever it is and should be punished. The truth is if it were that easy there would be very few unsolved murders and such.

I feel bad that Memphiz was scammed but at the end of this the person that deserves punishment is Memphiz.

This post has been here for 3 weeks and if anything had happened to Kiegan and this post was the source of it then the same thing would happen to the people here that has happened to a few Facebook page creators.

Anyway, I'm sorry to tell you that it does in fact look like it was either your son who scammed Memphiz, or it was his brother. You mentioned that his brother plays online games.

Of course though, no one's going to actually find him in real life. This is a forum for scamming, and honestly, I can't imagine anyone on MMOwned getting all that angry after getting scammed.

I thought with your posts that fairly intelligent but I can see you know nothing of the internet and the rules that apply.

TOS's are standard throughout..... they have to be as there are a strict set of rulles that webhost must make their user follow.

This site breaks at least 2 of them and using the power point I created I can clearly show that leagally you cannot be allowed to operate. I linked the godaddy TOS because you registered through domains by proxy who will be my first place to go to have your domain locked and shut down.

I'll leave it up to you to contact them and explain to them why I'm having the site shut down. If they are the moderators, then they should have been aware of what people are posting and advising them when they post illegal information. This affects a minor child who's last name isn't Mathias (as Memphiz has originally stated was his last name) It was someone who they searched on facebook and decided it was close enough to pin it on them. This will be the grounds that I am applying to have this site shut down on.
