I chose a Human Warrior because it was the most basic and easiest combo I thought of, And I had fun with him untill the old level cap of 60. Had fun untill the new level cap of 70. Then I created a Night Elf Hunter, along with a Gnome Mage. The Hunters at lvl 15 currently and the gnome is at lvl 43 I think.
