It makes sense that there should be such a thing when Scamming is a large part of this community. This can also help to cut down on the spam in the Scamming Section and have it nice a clean with Good Working Scams.

This also helps us scammers to teach more people at once and in a more efficient way than helping one person at a time through something such a PM's.

I vote yes for this, because its obviously missing. As steted in OP all the other groups have been mate, and scamming is as difficult to learn as the other things, if not harder.. This actually takes more than just skills using a prog. or something like that and if someone feel they can teach others the Art of scamming I cant see why they shouldnt be allowed.

Only concern is a overflooded board with leechers posting the usual crap (But since scamming is popular, it might be even worse)
