How can you become a GM for Blizzard?

You do know that GMs aren't developers, right?

GMs are customer support representatives. They just deal with issues you are having.

Just wondering, what would blizzard do if you were a gm and whenever someone complained or asked a question you would over react and curse up a storm or reply to them with spam like this: WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Hooray for the ickle bobbers! I do not mean to spam I'm just curious
