People use CE to make it to where people can wall climb and things, but WHAT IF you were to use cheat engine to edit your account type? make your account a GM account or something like that.

Your position and whether you can climb steep slopes and such is kept clientside, which is why Cheat Engine is able to work on changing those. Your account type, amount of gold you have, stats, etc are all server-side, and thus not changeable without highly illegal hacking of Blizzard's servers.
