whitch lvl for skill 375?

Does someone knew whitch minimum level you need to skill up to 375?
I mean you have to be level 35 to skill up to 300, but what level must i have to learn to skill 375?

In general. you can learn mining 225-300, First-Aid 225-300, cooking 225-300, etc with lvl >35. so what lvl do you need to learn proffesion from 300-375
