Account and CD key forums

How can I get into the account and CD keys section of mmowned? I heard it was 15 rep, but I have this so wondering what else I need?

Before I could get in with 10 rep, now I cant

After 20 posts and 10 rep you will receive the rank of Active Member. With this rank you get a bluish color to your name, and you will get permission to Private Forums, and access to the Trading system.

Now it's 20 rep and 75 or 65 posts i think.
