Help with WOW Retail Account

This is more looking for advice than anything.

An in game friend is using an account that once belonged to her younger sibling but has parental restrictions so she cant make shop purchases. when trying to remove it asks for an email which nobody from her family can seem to recall.

The GMs have been pretty unyhelpful and said that unless one of the parents die she cant do anything.

Does anyone know any work arounds such as changing account details or changing parental email?

Should be pretty straight forward. She will need to send in her ID and the parents ID to the gamemaster. Assuming that she is 18 or older now, after that they should remove the restrictions. Although I am note sure if the live chats are open atm, so it would probably be best done through that channel! Good luck <3

This. You have to send ID that proves they're over 18; after that they can remove it.
