Hello, I dunnow where to post this, but a while ago (4 weeks actually...proofs how fast their quality of service are...) I sended in a webform that I was trading and that the trader has recalled his account so I was scammed (well, actually I scammed him but he did recalled it...so I thought I just get him banned..) and then today I received this email and it asked for several information to investigate the "case" furthermore. I don't know if this has been posted before but I post it anyways. Feel free to remove/move away if it doesn't belong here.
P.S: This is just for those who want to improvise with their template, this is a official one from Blizzard but you can just tweak some sentences that is fitting your scam.
