    Can Blizzard Take back transfers?

So i used the email scam to get this guys info, can i make a new account, then transfer the character to it w/o it getting banned or sent back? I dont want to ban the other guys account (he has a 70 shaman that cant be transfered for 2months ). So can blizz transfer his guy back to his account?

    No problem.

And, to others, the answer is yes.

I know it's already been said, but just to reiterate it can be taken back. This happened to my friend. (He got scammed, not the other way around)

Yep. Sadly this happens a lot.

    Trading accounts is very risky.

Indeed. The way to get the character transfer reversed would be to say you got hacked. And it'd be common sense to go and ban the hacker's account.
