Help me i need advice

i play on Eldre'Thalas server, im hated by entire server itself, and i deleted my main, my only 47 warrior which i spent now more then a year on now. give me some damn advice on how to level a mage, and a paladin to 60 VERY VERY VERY FAST WITHOUT GRINDING
