They both are rewards from playing WSG, the medallion for me cost like, 20 WSG marks of honor, and like, some random amount of honor, and the dagger costs like 30 marks and alot more honor...

You're going to have to play alot of WSG before you actually get either of those items

Don't worry too much about what you get, i find myself only using my ranged weapon like, once every 20 games or so for that stupid runner that has like, 2% hp...
