scamming theory maybe?

Ok I have a theory that I think is TRUE. I have had a few accounts made just for scamming, and the times I scammed in under 15 mins, I never got banned if I deleted the characters also under 15 mins. but everyother time I think the times past 20 mins, I would get banned no matter what I did to stop it.

So what I am beginning to think is the server takes more than 16 mins to register the characters, so blizzard and the GMs can check it. But if it's under 15mins the character has not registered with the server yet. So If you are going to scam and so far this has gotten 2 accounts banned, when they were over 20mins. and my other two were just for a month, other than that they would still be here.



so if you are going to scam try and do it UNDER 15 mins, from the time you create your character, to the time you delete the character and mail, you will not get banned, or atleast I haven't.

As soon as you hit create, that character is tied to your account. and no matter what you do its always tied to your account (even if deleted)

Well, I just did it again. on my main account this time. and I timed it, it took me 10 mins 15 seconds to scam 100g and delete my chars.. I still have not been banned.

I know but listen to this, I mean this does have a little bit of reasoning of why I brought this up.


I have tried this on FOUR (not including my main) accounts. They were bought just for this test.
2 of those 4 I took longer than 20 mins to scam on, and got banned.
the other two, took 15 minutes or less, and they never got banned.
I tried it on my main account, 10 mins 15 secs I never got banned.
