Deadmines to old outland still possible? bug

I know its not possible to blink trough. Using the auto unstuck doesn't work either.
I walljumped myself under SW and jumped into a hole to reach an underground river. From there i went as close as i could to the deadmines instance entrance and used a swim pot to swim as fast as i can towards the right direction.
Still no old outlands
Anyone knows any tips for me to reach it?
