Anyway to get there?...and i mean is there a way to reach the foggy kalimdor outside of rfk?

No, well atleast I doubt it, the Hellfire outside Ramps if you jump out will port you back to outlands.. same with SFK in Eastern Kingdoms.

Maybe RFK, I forget if its flatland like RFD or not. I don't think it is, check for yourself.

The outside of RFK is a copy of barrens, actually includes a decent part of feralas, and thousand needles too.
