Is the account in your name? Because if it's not and you don't have the cd-key, forget about getting it back.

it does not matter if the account is in your name, long as you know the lastname and sq/a. call blizzard and tell them you just came back to the game. and your login is not workin, you tryed the web pw retreave and it says your info is wrong.... they will ask you first/last name, phone, email, sq/a... they will then tell you no sorry your email/phone dont match. what do you want them changed to? and forward your new email a password reset. i have done this many many times....

if you dont know the lastname/sq-a then your screwed. and if the person you sold too calls them up and trys to recall the same day, or with the wrong info they will lock the account as a ownership dispute, if that happens only the OO can get it unlocked by faxing in a noratized cope of his ID to prove its him..
