Very simple, make a new "hearthstone" item, but name it something else. set it's cooldown to 10 sec.

you have to make the TCL files yourself :O

again, i dont know all the indepth stuff about servers ;p
might be better off going to the EUM forums and asking an expert there :c

I'm not sure, but the CD will either be in Milliseconds or just seconds.

so, looking for the hearthstone cooldown,
1 hour =

216000 Seconds

216000000 Milliseconds.

But how do i make the new item? if i was to make a Hearthstone thing i couls just make it that peeps can start with it when they create a char.
