Target Corpse and Loot Program

I recently got a G15 Keyboard and i found i can make it so i concentrates every 10 seconds, anyone know to hot to make/use a program that auto targets corpses and loots for you?

Well go into the game interface in WoW and it will say Autoloot. And just select the one u like either the hotkey or when ur click on it.
