Gamerking.com Loosing it?

I couldnt post in gold seller reviews.

I bought gold from GamerKing.com 3 times before, but just the ordinary way, the log in and mail.

This time, two days ago, i ordered 1000g with the method "Face to Face" wich means they log in trade the gold with you. For some reason they dont have gold in stock. I thought well, okay, ill just wait 24 hours as they said. Then i started to wondering, are they scamming me? Lol just look at this chat log by live support.

They always reply with same shit. Are they bots? Because i dont feel any vibrations with em, they dont feel human. Please note that this is fake name & fake server. I dont play on alonsus, i tested 5 other servers, they say all out of stock.

I really feel i need support in this by some older people 20-35 that knows wtf they are doing.

My questions:

Are live support people Bots?
Are they scamming me?
What action should i take?

for one, the service they provide is gold sales, so yes they would have a template that is the same, in the way they walk and anwser questions.

in response to the question am i getting scammed, no one here works for a goldfarming site, so noone can actually give you an anwser.

The only way to find out is to wait.... if you have a positive trade post it...
