    I have a quick question. I am going to be selling an account (legit) to a guy for around 180 dollars. He is verified through bank, not credit card.

    Okay, let's say that he has 150 in his account. If he were to pay me 180 through paypal - would it not allow him, or would it directly draw funds from his account?
