Merging WoW Accounts?

Hello guys! I might or may not purchase a WoW Account that he said in the description is a (Shell) Account? and was wondering is it possible to transfer a WoW account to a different battle.net yet still have all the mounts + transmog, etc?

Mounts are account bound and not license bound, so that's why it's called a shell account. You can merge your own account to that new shell account, but only character earned mounts/achievements will transfer over.

So I should transfer my accounts to it or? Not quite sure, but thanks for your answer!

Potentially a merge could end up destroying the shell without u gaining anything. Just keep this in mind.
