Blizzard Error 203 (Account Creation)

I searched already on the site, and ERROR 203 didn't come up with anything. I've been trying to create a new wow account all day, and I get this every time. Anyone else having this problem, or have any ideas on how to solve it?

What about it? It doesn't say anything about my Auth Key. It doesn't give the error until the last part, when I hit "Create Account"

what does the error actually say? have you tried looking of the WoW forums?

It says that the account cannot be created. I emailed blizzard and they listed some BS about it not being able to create a trial account, but that's not what I am trying to do. Now, I have also had my CC charged 9 times for one dollar, and Blizzard's phone line is busy! Is it busy for everyone or what?
