noob question about getting a new acc

a freind of mine just got his account banned and if he wants to buy a new one what is the best way ? i mean does he have to bu the whole game again even though it is still installed on his comp ?

I advise your firend to contact Blizzard to get back his account

Also your firends can go to get some new account.Buy from others.

Or you can create a new account,then go to buy a power leveling service if he doesn't want to lvl the character himself

You can buy a new cd key at their hp, I think.

Use the guide found in "WoW guide" section, there is one on how to get your account unbanned, look around for it, there is also a guide in there on how to get an account key for like 10 or 5 dollars (US).

You could probably just buy another acc from some guy on a buy/sell account.
But otherwise I think you might have to buy a new game for new CD-key.
Try to Google it anyway.
