GM/HWL weapons

I know a guy in my guild who got his GM bow in 24 hours of a grind... the day after 2.0.1.... so, has anyone else gotten HWL weapons? I am still working on 53+ blues / tier 1, but yet I am only 6-13 days away from a sword comparable to naxxaramas drops.... So do people think Bliz screwed up? Or is it a miracle for casual players/people in non-raiding guilds? Post opinions! (And only Mods/admin can make polls I guess? If any wants to turn this into one do so plz ;D )

Its useful because people leveling to 70, will have hw/gm weapons to help them along your way, my view anyway.

Thanks for teh opinions. imo I like it, but my guild is temporarily not raiding no more... only PvP. I get crit by boredom for 5k. I die.

Yeah it is way to easy to PvP now. Especially since PvP has been flooded by players that never really PvP'ed before but see the easy way to get Epic gear fast. So now the hardcore PvP'ers can win faster matches getting stuck against a bunch of noobs. I had a 5 cap AB run last night because the Horde side were complete morons and where spread too thing. We capped all nodes then pushed them back to the starting GY and just waited the 5 min for the match to be over.

yes i think they did this to equal out the timeframe in which people get from 60-70 so it will be much easier. Plus when casual gamers find that rank 12-14 items are now attainable, it makes them want to play more and but the burning crusade and then tell all their friends how good WoW is and recruit more people so blizzard can shove some more money in their ass. Thats my 20 cents.

I picked up the HWL Spellblade and the HWL Shoulders now. Tomorrow I should have enough after grinding out some more AV to pick up either the R13 BP or the WSG Cloth pants. I'm not terribly impressed with the HWL Tome of Destruction, so those will probably be the only items I will be purchasing. Nice to know that I will be finished up with everything in under a week of grinding.

I was picking up 1200-1400 kills per day. Maxed out my AV tokens in just over a day as well as 50 AB and 40 WSG. Mostly played the latter two with guild premades, and solo AVs.

P.S. Balance Druids are imbalanced in PvP.
