addon creation help plz,

hi, i have been thinking of making an addon but it seams way 2 hard for me to learn, so thats why i go here and will try gett somone to do it for me

what the addon im thinking of is an addon who show u your Combo Points,

its pretty hard to explain how i would want to to look like



and then
1CP, yellow
2CP, blue
3CP, lightgreen
4CP, green
5CP, red

or some other colors and when u gett 5 CPs maybe a text as a warning sayign finish it or smthing , would be really really nice to have it

i would recomend sct (scrolling combat text) even tho, it has no graphical thing, it tells you when to "finish", aside from that, maybe plyathas hud, SS of my interface:


ok, didd\nt find any with CPs up, but its red dots at the left green thingy by my char, the "25+ Energy" can proc on 5 Cps, then saying "finish it" instead. btw, i have some model edits up there, and if youre wondering, i killed a paladin in iron forge :P
