Account Final Warning

I got an account final warning today. If I were to transfer the main character I play from that account to another, would that character carry the account final warning/or any other information related on what happened with that character on that previous account over too? (A little wordy sorry)

I would think it would carry over. Account to Account transfers are supposed to be between people with the same name so I wouldn't find it difficult to notice a warning on the previous or current account.

As far as i know it doesn't carry over, im sure i saw a thread about it here a little while ago in the exploits forum about how to get rid of account warnings, and one of the ways was to transfer character to a new account.

eh I just think that Final warning stuff is bluffing...ive had 2 final warning and I didn't change my accounts or realms or anything..

I've got the same problem and I just called Blizzard Billing Support (020-1605820) and they did confirm that a Final Warning or any other type of warning against a certain violation is placed on the Account, not the character. So yes, transfer your main / alts to a new account and you're good. Just incase you may want to create a new battle.net account if you've got nothing to loose on the current one but this is not needed, just if you're paranoid like me.

This...but it's a 30 day wait period before u can transfer characters to a new battle.net after creating it.

An unbanned account get the warning reset too.
Example:
First Infraction => Account Final Warning
Second Infraction => Account Closure
Send in email or Web form => Unbanned Account
Third Infraction => Account Final Warning (again)
Fourth Infration => Account Closure

All infractions are bot related
