Well like I said I have a bunch of GM's on my friends list so I figured i'd post it here, I dunno if you guys can think of anything to do with this info but I figured i'd post it here and see what ya'll come up with.

Would be pretty cool if he did have GM gear on. I've only seen one in-game once when I got stuck somewhere and he had to come see how I got there so they could fix the terrain.

I saw a level 70 online at GM island a while ago he was level 70 wearing the GM robes. I forgot to take a screenshot and I didn't realize that the armory exsted either.
