Hello all, I noticed that it said no questions here but it said nothing about request, so I figured that this is the best place for this. If the Mods feel there is a better section for this, feel free to move it. Now on with the thread...

I have been using glider for about 6 months now. I feel as though I am past the "normal user" learning curve and can glider a character comfortably with knowing what I need to get it done right.

Now I know a little more than the basics of Glider, but the one area I know NOTHING about is editing the keys. I have tried to research it but have come up empty handed, or when I find a decent guide I get lost 2 lines in. Call me a noob, whatever, I just am not good with coding in general.

Also, now I that I am past 60, I like to do a combination of hand leveling and gliding my characters to 70, mainly for decreasing the chances of being banned and also it goes a tad faster. So instead of having to change my key layout in game from my gliding setup to my questing setup, I was wondering if someone would be able to edit a keys.xml for me. I have provided a screen shot of my layout and you can hopefully figure out what each move is, if not please feel free to ask for a more in-depth picture. I will obviously give as much rep to the person who does this as possible.

wrong section. Should be in wow general, request is the same as a question. You ask somebody to do you a favour...

Well, I know how to edit them, but glider doesnt uses every spell you have. (I dont have experience gliding a pala because I never did.)

So, in keys.xml you see something like "Barstate:Rest" (Thats the bar if your toon is out of combat)
"Barstate:Combat" (The bar if your toon is in combat).

If you scroll a bit down, you'll see some spells with numbers at the end of the line. Change the numbers. (Then you change at which position your spell/macro is.)


I hope I cleared some things up, I cant make a keys.xml for you, since I cant install things on this comp.



ps. I use the bar "3" for barrest and bar "4" for barcombat.
