This is a way to get on youtube, myspace, etc on school comps...best way I've ever known....Enjoy

Steps:
1: Open Microsoft Word
2: Type in command.com
3: Save as: change the format to "text format"
4: Save the file name as cmd.bat
5: Open the new program you've created..it will be named cmd and it will have a .bat file extension.
6: Once command prompt is open type in ping www.unblockglobal . com
7: Once it gives you the IP address of that website (ex 115.4.891.15)
8: Type that into your internet browser (no .com or www. though)
9: Once on that site you can go to any other site unblocked

My way to help the community yes there was something similar posted a long time back but my way works on any comp so...have fun....and don't get expelled for being on porn at school plz...(just save it on your IPOD like I do ^_^)

that seems like alot of work ... can't you just go to privax.us and pick a random proxy from their list and use that to visit any other website?

I worked as a network and PC tech for my old highschool (for elective credit) and if they have any sort of a decent network, they filter domains AND ips, what you need to find is a CGI proxy, those always work until they ban hose too. But Ive caused quite a bit of havoc with telling everyone how to get to their favorite sites (and money :P )

School administrators were, unfortunately, not born yesterday. At least at my school.
The only people that can access command prompt are people on the AP Computer science class.... so no such luck.

Hey! Or you could just stop wasting your time with cmd and go to Network utilities, web based Ping, Trace route, NSLookup, Email test

theres a lot of tricks you can use to do this sort of thing. back when i was in school a couple of years ago, took me until about 3rd year t get it figured, but i found a small and undetectable way out to the unfiltered web. (you really learn which of your friends you can trust when you have info like this). By 6th year i had the network admin password though, and my own personal staff account on the network :-).

If you have network admins with half a brain there'll be a proxy in the way locked down to port 80 only, with web security software that scans the contents of the incoming file rather than just chekcing the domain name.
Or at least have a pattern match on IP addresses added to the block list.

No network is completely secure. its just a matter of time, and patience to find the weak spot(s).

at my school the teachers are way too protective over internet blocking...

they have even blocked this site... when i type the ip of a site i get a block message that says something like "unresolved IP address" :S and if i go to ANY proxy site i get the block message "unfamiliar proxy website" my school is laim.

This won't work on ANY computers in the states of, WA, UT, CA, NV, AZ, ID, MT and possibly a few more.

ALL schools in those states block Command Prompt and the use of IP Addresses in the browser.
