Wow Error While installing the updates

My friend got this wow error when he tryed to install the updates,

I've tryed everything,Can someone help me ?.

So you have tried the repair tool and uninstalling and reinstalling?

have you searched for this file and see if u have it?

i would just full make sure WoW is off the pc, and try reinstalling it.
