I'm searching for a/the World of Warcraft homepage template which looks like the original World of Warcraft page -> www.wow-europe.com or World of Warcraft Community Site

I see some kind of homepage rips for many privat server ... where can in found that Template?!

Major emulator sites will have these for download. If we dont have it in the emulator section, I know for sure emupedia has it.

Best i can find is one made to run with Mangos, but i'm sure it can be modified for your needs.
