what is this "phising" ?

I hear some stuff about "phising" sites and how to make them, but what are they?

All you have to do is download a phish pack, get a webhost, upload the files and follow the readme/instructions. What it is? Essentially its a copy of a website that looks exactly like it, except you own it. You can fool people into submitting whatever infomation you want, if you have the material.

So the wow phising sites shows the orriginal wow login screen and when they log in i get the info somehow?

Phish sites are in no way linked to wow by url (connected). When they try to login, the info is sent to a file in your webhost which you can view from your internet browser. One of the good scams is the "Wotlk beta scam" Search for it.

Sorry i ment that the phising site "looks" like wow login but its fake and when they log in i get the info to a log file as i saw in a tutorial.

But i wonder what happens when they log in?
Does nothing happen or something?
