Need help with Scarab Lord

Guys, i'm a noob regarding exploits and shady stuff. Can anyone answer me this:

If i transfer out from Battle.net account the original toon that got Scarab Lord achievement and mount back in 2008, would the Title and Mount be left behind for other characters?
Or would it be moved to the new account together with the original toon and Title/Mount removed from old battle.net account?

Someone wants to buy from me just the toon who originally got Scarab Lord achievement, but thy are claiming that the old account will retain the Title and Mount.

Please confirm how this stuff works. Thank you.

The old account with have the title/acheive and mount, the new account will have the title and the achievement but no mount. I used to do this when i'd buy unmerged accounts and the achievement would always come with the original character that i transfered to my main bnet, leaving behind a bnet with the achievements there also.

It's my understanding that if you have an unmerged WoW account i.e. not merged into the new Battle.net system when it had come out you can merge it with any current Battle.net account with the same last name and every Title, Mount and Pet will transfer over & be accessible on any character on the new Battle.net account it was merged into.
I do not think simply transferring a character out does the same. I did not even know you could transfer a character from one account to another o.O

Thanks gippy. The guy already has Mount on his account from duping, but wants the title because he doesn't have it. I myself am just concerned that I will still have Mount + Title left on my account if I transfer out to him the original toon.

Its a regular Bnet account.

You can transfer character to another Bnet account if the name is the same on it.

Yeah you'll still have the title and achievement, even without having the original character. For example i had a hand of ad'al character on another bent and i transfered it, now i have the title and achievement on both bnets. Its pretty much like those people you see on ebay or the trade section selling ghost accounts with achievements and such, all they do is transfer their character through the accounts and sell them on.

Like i Said On Skype - yes, you Will keep both title and Mount even if you transfer The character out, The destination account Will recive only achivement and title.

It doesnt work like that anymore.. everything is on the account and will stay on the account

yeah it will transfer Loq, if you transfer the character that has earned the achievement that is.

just a piggyback question onto this thread, if I have old characters that still have the physical items for like vanilla collectors edition pets, or bc collector edition pets, is there a way to transfer them off to sell those items?

Yes, when you create a new character it sends you all the pets in the mail. (Well I haven't tried since Legion). Just leave them in the character your transferring inventory.

EDIT: I just tried and you don't get mailed the items anymore I have a tonne though from making alts in the past.

What about mounts? I have a character on a different BNET with a spectral tiger and I am wondering if transfering the character that used / originally had the mount will transfer the tiger with it, now that mounts are account shared?

nah, only if you were to get them to transfer your licence, which they rarely do sadly...

As many have suggested, and being a Scarab Lord myself and having tried this, the moved character will remain the achievement and title, however, the mount will NOT be transferred to the new account. It will remain on the old one, even if the character that obtained it is no longer present. What you can do.

Or well, you can actually sort of transfer it, but it's not something permanent. If you mount the Black Qiraji Battle Tank prior to logging out and transferring, you'll find yourself still mounted once your transfer is done. When you dismount, it's gone forever. So yes, in theory it's possible if you stay mounted forever and never step off it xD.

Edit: The only mounts that go with your are character-specific mounts which are NOT battle.net level shared, such as (but not limited to) Gladiator/R1 mounts, Class mounts, etc...
