Yes, when you create a new character it sends you all the pets in the mail. (Well I haven't tried since Legion). Just leave them in the character your transferring inventory.

EDIT: I just tried and you don't get mailed the items anymore I have a tonne though from making alts in the past.

This is no longer true. The only way to still move old stuff, is to transfer over the actual item in your bags, then learn it - but be warned, the item will be consumed. I took advantage of it when things were still mailed. I have about 20 of eacch collector edition pet items in my bags, as well as the Baby Blizzard Bear and other unattainable stuff.

yeah it will transfer Loq, if you transfer the character that has earned the achievement that is.

I have had a discussion about this with a GM for 50 minutes.
Everything that is battle.net account wide will stay on the respective account.

The only things that moves with your character are character specific stuff, items in bags of character, and some pets.

The title and mount wont transfer over. Btw, you can call blizzard about this..saves everybody alot of time.

But it works with gladiator mount / titles (Rank 1 Title ofc) so it could work with the scarab lord one too.
