Lend and PCT

Okey I have a question...
If I lend money from like 5 people, let say 200g+ each, and then PCT, is this considered as a scam by blizzard which means it's bannable? Or is it not bannable since he lended you money by free will?

Need correct answers , hope that it's not bannable...

Ehh if you already did it, I wouldn't worry about it, if you are going to do it, be careful, there's a possibility you will get banned if they report you.. though they probably wont report you because they don't know you left.
