Is phase exploiting dead?

Anyone know whats the state of phase exploiting these days? I discovered a way to level 100-110 at about 20-30min per lvl but you need to be in an area by yourself. I've been trying for so long to make this work but I've had no luck, would be interested to hear if this is possible or not still.

If you mean by blocking the ports in the firewall, like people did back in CATA in Deepholm for the mount, I dont think such thing exist anymore
