    You're not safe in any form of botting currently. The problem isn't the specific bots themselves getting pinned for banwaves, it's the concept of bots being easily detected in every from.

    So, to directly answer your question: You're going to get caught botting no matter what unless you some how build a network packet bot that (layman's terms), that purely uses network packet emulation to cause character interaction in game. I believe that's the easiest to detect, but it's not on their current radar for botting.
