Suramar dungeons on another wow licence

Hey guys,

Got hit by the banwave and wanna play with another wow licence on samw
B.net acc.

Does anybody know if the suramar dungeons will also be avaliable for a new licence on the same b.net acc if i have unlocked them onmy banned main,or is it only for alts on the same licence?

Sadly, I doubt it.

Whilst it's true most mounts and achievements are bound to the BNET account, not just the WoW account, I strongly suspect that this is not the case with dungeon unlocks like CoS or Arcway.
