    Blizzard Fraud

    Blizzard Refuse to Refund me 50 Euro
    i Recently Purchased 1x Warforged Nightmare, But! Blizzard Charged me twice and not Only , i Don't received any Mount ... is not Strange ? i have talked with a GM and sayd maybe Bank not Approved , so i Called my bank and they sayd everything is Fine and Money left my Account ( i have Home Banking so i verifyed myself too ) , Money left my Bank Account , but Blizzard refuse to give me my Mount . Wtf ...

    Send them all the info's you have regarding this transaction. It is impossible for them to not refund your money. Did you logged on battle.net and contacted support( Contact Support - Blizzard Support )? Or did in-game ticket? Send them a copy of the transaction from your bank.

    You left out a LOT of details in there. I doubt Blizzard is doing fraud. If you explained it to them like you're explaining it to us, maybe that's why they don't understand what's happening, although their customer service can be really clueless.

    Yeah but that post is from 2 years ago. Anyway, if you can provide the bank account details and the transaction details, I'm sure you can go to the link I provided on my post above,go to Live Chat and resolve the problem. It may be as the GM said, and you had a problem or something. I don't think Blizzard would risk their reputation JUST for 50 euro. Blizz would never scam you more than they're already doing.

    Dude, just call account services. They can easily reverse transactions for errors. Obviously it makes no sense to have 2 of the same mount. They will reverse it. Just be patient.

    It's a little bit much to jump the gun and say "Fraud by Blizzard" don't you think? Does it really make sense that Blizzard, a multi-billion dollar organization is going to throw it all away to commit fraud for 25 Euro? I don't think so. You might be upset right now, as maybe it was a website error and it double charged you. That's ok to be upset and annoyed at them. Trying to declare this as fraud, however, is just a knee-jerk reaction. Just take a breath and call account services and they will help you. The in-game GM is not going to be able to help you with this.
