Any decent Spirit of Harmony source?

Hey there folks, so since Potion of Luck doesn't exist anymore I honestly have no idea what to do to farm motes of harmony.
Running HoF trash until the 1st boss yields 1 spirit per run, I get instance locked very fast... Any ideas?

Farm something else and buy the motes? Or use the key farm in Vale

Yeah sure, it's the Guo'lai cache key farm - few profiles for it on buddyforum.

I used to run it all day for the keys, got a load of motes from it
