Legion CASC file list?
Hello everyone,
I've been plowing the internet to find methods to generate a more complete list of the files contained in the Legion beta build but to no avail.
So far the only way I've found is using the CASC Explorer Scan for missing files, however it skips a ton of unknown files and after 2 hours or so it crashes from a .net error.
This is what I managed to obtain so far: Partial Listfile Legion Beta - Build 20740 - Pastebin.com
However browsing through the files I can tell it's probably only @ 30% of the legion data, so I'm asking if anyone managed to build a more complete list, or if you have any brute force method to make one. I'll gladly share my results.

Edit: I have a full list now
Can download it here: https://mega.nz/#!zgAGFALY!HLzWX776Q...vSEMvRa-HAxGyI
Works with CASC Explorer and CascView
Thanks to Trixiap for the suggestion, I took all the data in FileData.dbc (which apparently is the file list blizz is using) merged it with what CASC Explorer had so far and got a full list, as you can see in the screenshot, it's all 600609 files in the CASC archives or at least I think it is

Thanks!

Edit 2: Terrorblade has provided an even more complete list

FileData.dbc have lot of file path inside it. There are also another DBC files with file path and you can find another in .m2 files etc.

Great advice, going to export them into a file list that CASC Explorer can use. Thanks!

Yep, edited the main post, got 600k files now, that's 70k more.
Still looking to find the Broken Isles ADT files, either they're still missing or they went for a different format. <.>

Broken Isles internal name is "Troll Raid" if that helps.
I rarely check Ownedcore nowadays. Need to contact me? Message me on Discord: dovvah

Looked through all of the minimaps and maps folders, seems I'm missing the Minimaps and ADT files from Legion in the file list.

I'll update it when I discover more files, still no clue where to get the minimaps list / adb's
Also can't find a db2 to csv converter that works.

is there a way to lets say take some NEW LEGION models / weapons etc and create a patch file to add it to LIVE game? Like we used to do by compiling an MPQ patch files awhile back?

Yes. Its almost the exact same method except you need a patched exe and instead of an mpq file you just put all the folders in the same directory as your exe.
Like this:

However, when doing this to view the new maps your client runs out of memory within minutes. Making it very difficult to explore this way.

There is an HD Dryad, called "Dryad2" but I cannot find the texture due to the lack of a more complete listfile.
Can someone try to find it?
