Doesnt matter what race as long as its a hunter. Get a good pet and your good to go. Leveling a pally is like sitting in a fire and watching paint dry because it hurts so bad. Hunter pewpew ftw.

Dont go dwarf, they look gay and dont have shadowmeld and less stats in comparison to ne of the stats which hunters need. just 1 mans opinion though.

Go what you like the best, racials doesn't matter that much.
Rather go with what you like, what's the point of having a character that you don't like, even though it's uber?

My suggestion is you perhaps try the different classes on a private server or something, it gives you a rough feeling of them imo.

NE hunter for solo/ Human pala for raiding, i think

Well Paladins are one of the hardest classes to level up. It took me a while to get 70 compared to my warrior. I never died as much on paladin as i did warrior. So paladins can solo good but it just takes a while to kill things. Also you can give buffs to your party and heal when someone is about to die i really liked that about any healing class.

A hunter most people go with night elf.. legolas? lol Hunters are really awesome for solo play. You can level so fast on a hunter. The race is up to you if you go with a dwarf you can use the racial to get out of a cripple poison when a rogue is on ya personally I'd go with a dwarf because i pvp a lot.

Short version Paladins are strong soloing but kill things slow. Hunters are also strong at soloing and kill fast. The race is up to you really I'd take dwarf stone form over the night elf racial any day.
