AFK allowed or bannable?

So I often times join Skirmish then go afk.

People get tilted and every other ally yells "reported, enjoy your ban!".


But is that actually bannable or not? Blizzard's rulings seem vague on this because on one side they state you can pvp however you like, on the other side they state you get ban for impeding gaming experience for other players.

You'd probably get a 24 or 72 hour suspension if reported enough for Blizzard to look into it

afk is not actually playing and could easily be considered griefing

As long as you aren't using a script... it's not automated...
