He increased his DPS on every try

I don't play any more but the only difference between him and the shaman just under him is the Legendary Cloak which gives a bonus to Templar's Verdict.

Could it really be that OP?

Edit: In fact, I think he's the only one in the raid with the cloak. I didn't look at everyone, just the Shaman, DK, Feral, and Mage.

All rankings for the fights have been blacklisted for containing possible exploits or bugged logs.
