Gold Selling Question?

What's the likelihood that I were to be banned for selling gold to a guild member, who is also level 100? I am fairly adapted into the goblin lifestyle and make my gold through playing the auction house and farming. Although, I don't make very many "large" transactions through the trade window.

-Also-, How long would it take before the account received the notification for action after the trade?

Chances are small to a guilty, I've traded over 2 mil to a guild mate before and nothing's happened.

Not that big, i was first banned by blizzard after selling 10million during MOP.
And i had transactions daily with swift tigers, roosters, drakes, 100's of vial of the sands & 1000's of pets. Dont worry about it especially if they're over lvl 10.
